“And that's what innocence is. It's simple and trusting like a child, not judgmental and committed to one narrow point of view.
If you are locked into a pattern of thinking and responding, your creativity gets blocked. You miss the freshness
and magic of the moment. Learn to be innocent again, and that freshness never fades.”
~Michael Jackson (1958-2009)
I bought a new camera system in January. After almost 8 years of shooting Nikon, I jumped ship and moved across to Sony Mirrorless. The A6000 is an awesome little camera, packed with an amazing amount of technological goodness. It's seriously good fun to shoot with.
I got some new lenses, and then in March, I ventured into the world of Lensbaby. It's something I've been wanting to do for the longest of times. And I fell hopelessly in love with photography, all over again.
Something else I've been wanting to do for the longest of times, is try my hand at portrait work. This is Little Miss P. Her mum was kind enough to allow me to come and take some practice shots of her recently. She is just a little bit adorable!
I am so completely in love with the Sony A6000 and the Lensbaby combination. The Velvet 56 for Sony E Mount release announcement is happening next week. Just a little bit excited!
